This unique benefit gives employees one Friday off a month to spend time with family and loved ones, get health check-ups, or take care of those extra items on the personal to-do list. Thats an additional 12 days off a year!
Our commitment to a flexible workspace sets BHG Financial apart as an employer. We have remote employees located across the country—in close to 40 states. A hybrid work environment is also an option at BHG Financial, as we maintain a physical footprint of offices to support those who prefer to be onsite and to provide opportunities for in-person collaboration.
BHG Financial is proud to offer a selection of healthcare plans that exceed industry benchmarks to ensure our employees have choices for their individual and family needs. BHG Financial also makes contributions semiannually to employee’s health savings accounts, because we feel it is important to invest in our employee’s health and well-being.
Employees receive three weeks off their first two years of employment, four weeks after two years, and five weeks after 10 years of employment at BHG Financial. Employees also have 10 paid holidays per year.
After one year of employment, new parents receive paid time off following the birth or adoption of a new child.
- Birthing parents receive four weeks paid time off, and non-birthing parents receive one-week paid time off.
- This is in addition to their PTO allotment.
- Expectant mothers also receive priority parking in the Syracuse and Florida office locations.
After 30 days of employment, employees become eligible to participate in the plan. After one year of employment, BHG Financial will match 50% of the first 6% of qualified compensation deferred by an employee up to a maximum of 3%. If an employee defers 6% of their income, BHG Financial will contribute 3% to the plan on their behalf up to the IRS annual limits.
