Ed Durant is Chief Credit Officer at BHG Financial, where he leads Credit Risk Management and Risk Modeling and oversees credit strategy across all personal and commercial lending products. A key member of the organization since 2003, Ed previously served as Chief Financial Officer for more than 13 years, helping scale the company from under $5 million in revenue to nearly $216 million. He was instrumental in developing BHG Financial’s credit risk and pricing framework, shaping the foundation of its lending approach today. Ed has been recognized for his leadership with honors including Central New York’s 40 Under Forty and an award from the Business Journal News Network for outstanding private company CFOs. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Colgate University.
